Colour Your Mood UK was founded with a simple yet powerful mission: to connect individuals in need of a pick-me-up with heartfelt messages and colourful creations. Started as a way to combat loneliness, isolation, chronic illness and poor mental health, our idea has grown to touch the lives of many. Our volunteers pour their passion and creativity into each note, colouring and card, ensuring that every recipient feels uplifted and cared for. Join us on this journey of spreading joy and kindness one colourful page at a time.

All submissions from volunteers will be checked and collated ready to be sent out to recipients every two months in bundles.
